Operation
3. Insert the hopper frame into the LH hopper
mount bracket. Rest the other end of the hopper
frame between the tabs on the RH hopper mount
bracket. Install the hairpin to secure the hopper
frame.

4. Slide the hopper hinges onto the hopper frame
pins.

5. Open the hopper and install the bags; close the
hopper.
6. Insert the tab on the lower tube assembly into the
slot on the deck mount bracket. Slightly rotate the
lower tube assembly towards the deck. The front
pin should engage into the slot in the deck. Rotate
the latch downward to lock the assembly in this

position. Adjust the tension on the latch to hold
the assembly up to the deck, yet allow for release
by hand. Tension can be adjusted by tightening or
loosening the hardware that retains the latch.
7. Insert the upper tube into the hopper seal –
push in then pull out so that the seal is extended
outward.
8. Slide the lower end of the upper tube over the
lower tube assembly and latch together.
9. Remove the retaining pins from the weight mount
bracket. Install the three removable weights by
hooking the front toe board weight assembly over
the top of the weight mounting plate and secure
with the retaining pins.
Note: The removable weights are heavy. Use
care when lifting them. Make sure that you can
hold them securely before lifting them. Use
caution when positioning your hands so that you
Do Not set them down on your hands or fingers.
Important: For correct traction and
stability, install the required quantity of
counterbalance weight(s) as specified in
the Bagger Operator's manual and setup
instructions.

Transporting

Transporting the Machine
Use a heavy-duty trailer or truck to transport the
machine. Ensure that the trailer or truck has all
necessary lighting and marking as required by law.
Thoroughly read all of the safety instructions.
Knowing this information could help you, your
family, pets, or bystanders avoid injury.
To transport the machine:
• Lock the brake and block the wheels.
• Be sure the fuel shut-off valve is closed.
• Securely fasten the machine to the trailer or truck
with straps, chains, cable, or ropes.
• Secure a trailer to the towing vehicle with safety
chains.
