Procedure
1. Position the lift handle in the top detent position.
2. Measure the distance between the traction unit frame
and the pivot tube as shown in Figure 17.
The right side of the machine shown
1. Measure this distance.
If the clearance is not between 0.06 to 0.18 inch, adjust
the adjustable rod as follows:
A. Remove the bolt and nut that secures the rod to
the pivot tube (Figure 19).

B. Rotate the ball joint shown in Figure 18 to change
the length of the rod as follows:
