If the CaptionCall phone loses connection
to the network or your telephone line is
disconnected, or when there is a problem
with your CaptionCall account, you will be
prompted with an alert.
Network Alerts
Often, network errors are simply connectivity issues . See Wired and Wireless
Network Settings on pages 61, 62 for assistance . If you are unable to resolve the
error, please call Customer Support at 1-877-557-2227 .
Telephone Line Problem
This error is displayed when the CaptionCall phone is not connected to the
telephone line .
Check that the telephone line is connected to the back of the phone (see "The
Back of The CaptionCall Phone" on page 10) . If the telephone line is connected,
contact your telephone provider for more assistance .
Account Error
Contact Customer Support at 1-877-557-2227 .
