Programming a cooking step
You can adjust the cooking parameter [} 20] settings for each individual cooking step. You can also include
additional functions [} 21] if applicable.
1. Press the button for the cooking parameter you want to adjust.
2. Turn the central selection knob to adjust settings.
3. Press the central selection knob to confirm your selection.
4. To confirm, press this button:

When you confirm your selection, the cooking step will be saved and displayed. You can add up to 11 more
cooking steps.
Manual preheating
You can include preheating your unit as a step in your program. This will establish a heat buffer within the cooking
cabinet before you load the food, ensuring that it will reach the desired temperature especially quickly even when
you are preparing frozen products.
