SANITIZING

The Atmospheric Water Generator should be sanitized every 6 months of service.
Switch the power OFF and unplug Appliance (Figure 13, page 20).

2 Remove the cover screws (place in secure location) and open the top cover (Figure 48).
3 Open top tank cover (Figure 49).
4 Prepare 10 liters (2.6 gal) of sanitizing solution (hydrogen peroxide and water
mixture), by pouring 32 FL oz of 3% hydrogen peroxide into the top tank, then
filling the tank the rest of the way full using tap water.
Replace the top tank cover securely (be sure it is tight).

6 Replace the machine lid.
Plug in the Appliance and turn the power ON.

8 Unscrew nozzle filter and set aside.
9 Dispense 1 liter (.26 gal) of solution from the Hot and Cold faucets (each) (Figure50-52).
Switch the power OFF and unplug Appliance.

Drain about 0.5 Liters (.13 gal) of the solution from the hot water drain outlet in the

back. The HOT Water drain has a screw cap and a rubber plug, please remove both.
When draining complete, replace plug and cap.
12 Plug in the Appliance and turn the power ON.
Keep the remaining solution soaking in the top tank for at least 2 additional hours

(Figure 60).
14 After 2 hours, Dispense 2 liters (.5 gal) of solution from the Hot and Cold faucets (each).
15 Switch the power OFF and unplug Appliance.
Drain all remaining solution from the hot water drain outlet in the back.

17 Fill bottom tank with municipal (city) water.
Plug in the Appliance and turn the power ON.

19 Let water pump to top tank.
20 Switch the power OFF and unplug Appliance. Repeat Step 17-19.
21 Dispense 1 liters (.25 gal) of water from the Hot and Cold faucets (each) (Figure 50-52).
Switch the power OFF and unplug Appliance.

Drain all remaining water from hot water drain outlet in the back (Figure 53).

Plug in the Appliance, replace nozzle and turn the power ON to begin water generation.
