POWER TILT SWITCH
DOWN
1. On the T type, press the DOWN of
the power tilt switch and tilt the
outboard motor at the lowermost
position.
LOWERMOST POSITION
OPERATION (R type)
N (neutral)
F (forward)
FULL OPEN
2. Move the control lever from
NEUTRAL toward FORWARD
position.
Moving about 30° engages the
gear. Moving the control lever
further opens the throttle and
increases the engine speed.
3. For the sake of fuel economy,
open the throttle about 80%.
