The T360 – T560 come with a magnetic security key. The key’s magnet must be inserted in the appropriate slot in the console for the treadmill to be functional. For security purposes, make sure to attach the key’s clip to your clothes prior to starting an exercise.

SPEED indicates the treadmill belt speed in miles per hour or kilometers per hour, ranging from 0.50 to 12.00 mph or 0.80 to 19.50 km/h. DISTANCE displays the total distance in miles or kilometers from the start of the exercise, ranging from 0.00 to 99.00 miles or 0.00 to 99.00 km.
This feature is very useful when a particular exercise is interesting and motivational. With the T360 – T560, you have the ability to create or modify an existing program and save it with the ability to recall it including the heart rate control program.
• AVERAGE SPEED displays the average speed value for the entire exercise. The total exercise parameters on the T360 – T560 will loop for 2 minutes, showing your exercise parameters until you press CLEAR/STOP to exit back to the welcome screen. If you do not wish to view the exercise parameters, press the CLEAR/STOP key to return to the welcome screen.
Doing a warm up period before an exercise and a cool down period after an exercise is strongly recommended for your safety. In your T360 – T560, you have a feature that will allow you to warm up and cool down on your treadmill.
From now on, the warm up or cool down option will be in the selected mode. NOTE – If you wish to cancel the warm up or cool down while you perform it, simply press the CLEAR/STOP key to interrupt the feature.
2.10 User Identification Feature The User Identification feature allows the treadmill to recognize individuals and automatically enter their weight along with additional information. The T360-T560 will recognize eight individuals. Whenever the User Identification feature is used, the weight will be automatically entered at each exercise program.
3. Select the CREATE USER option and press JustGo 4. You will immediately be sent to the lowest empty location, if the MEMORY is full you will have to go to the DELETE USER option. 5. A total of six alpha-numeric characters can be used to name the USER ID. Use the INCREASE or DECREASE keys to select any letter from A to Z or number from 0 to 9 as the first character.
There is a standard welcome message entered in your T360-T560. This message is displayed in the language of your choice previously selected (refer to section 2.2). If the standard message is modified, it will only be displayed in the language you entered.
Heart Rate Recovery Your T360 – T560 is pre programmed with a unique and useful program that is used to help determine your fitness level. After a program (workout) it can be used to count the time between the actual and your predetermined resting heart rate.

To start exercising in the JustGo 1. Press the JustGo /ENTER key when the JustGo at 0.5 mph or 0.8 km/h and at 0% elevation with the exercise duration automatically set to the maximum. The JustGo program does not allow the user to predetermine the exercise duration or enter a weight amount. Therefore, the caloric expenditure and calories per hour values will be based on a user of 150 pounds or 68 kilograms.
NOTE – This program can only be used with the optional heart rate chest strap available from your Authorized Bodyguard Dealer. Use of the heart rate chest strap will allow the treadmill belt to change speed along with a change in elevation. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to place the chest strap directly over the skin.
6. You can modify the heart rate level suggested by the computer or press the JustGo the exercise. 7. To start the exercise, press the JustGo During the Heart Rate Control or Weight Loss program, you can change the speed or elevation by pressing the Speed or Elevation INCREASE or DECREASE keys.
Elevation although not usually found on any track can be used on the T360 – T560. To select the Track program : Press the DECREASE key to select TRACK. Press the JustGo Select your weight.

Runner’s Interval Program The Runner’s Interval program is made for serious runners who want to simulate track workouts and create any workout they choose. The program enables to select interval distance, number of repeats, Pace, Recovery Time and Recovery Pace wanted. Memory & Learn Programs These programs allow you to recall previously completed or edited exercises. After each exercise is finished, you are prompted to save the current exercise or not. All programs, except the Track Program can be saved as Memory Programs. The Learn Programs are the ones that were previously edited in the Settings menu under Learn Programs.

1. In the Diagnostics menu, select the ‘‘EPROM TEST’’ and accept it by pressing the JustGo will perform automatically. • The display will show ‘‘EPROM IS OK’’ if the EPROM is intact and it will display a “CHECKSUM” code (for Bodyguard internal use only).
2. The top left display will show the signal received from the chest strap and the bottom window will show the hand grip signal. Attach your heart rate chest strap. You do not need to step on the treadmill for this test, but simply stand near the computer.
Wait while the treadmill performs the motor check. That operation should take less than 30 seconds. Once completed, the message “MOTOR OK” will be displayed. WARNING – If the motor check procedure is canceled prematurely, do not use the treadmill. It is important to fully complete the motor check procedure prior to using the treadmill.
2. Press the JustGo /ENTER key to proceed. 3. Walk on the treadmill for a couple of minutes and the value of the current and voltage at the motor will appear on the central information window. 4. Vary the speed to ensure that you get good readings for different speeds.
Here’s a quick check list followed by reference Table 3 : • After each workout, you should wipe down your T360 – T560 using a mild, non-abrasive liquid cleanser applied on a soft cotton cloth. Do not spray cleansers directly on the unit or use an excessively damp cloth. Do not clean the unit with the power ON, be sure that it is OFF.
Do this twice so the lubricant will be present on the total surface of the deck. Start the treadmill and make sure the belt alignment is correct. Refer to the owner’s manual if any problem occurs.
