To ensure that you get the maximum benefit from the engineering that has gone into your machine, we recommend that you read this manual carefully before attempting to assemble and use the T700. Save these instructions and refer to this manual if you are unfamiliar with the operation of the T700.

SPEED indicates the treadmill belt speed in miles per hour or kilometer per hour, ranging from 0.10 to 15.00 mph or 0.1 to 24.00 km/h. DISTANCE displays the total distance in miles or kilometers from the start of the exercise, ranging from 0.00 to 99.00 miles or 0.00 to 99.00 km.
This feature is very useful when a particular exercise is interesting and motivational. With the T700, you have the ability to create or modify an existing program and save it with the ability to recall it including the heart rate control program.
• AVERAGE SPEED displays the average speed value for the entire exercise. The total exercise parameters on the T700 will loop for 2 minutes, showing your exercise parameters until you press CLEAR/STOP to exit back to the welcome screen. If you do not wish to view the exercise parameters, press the CLEAR/STOP key to return to the welcome screen.
Doing a warm up period before an exercise and a cool down period after an exercise is strongly recommended for your safety. In your T700, you have a feature that will allow you to warm up and cool down on your treadmill.
2.6 Heart Rate Control Options Feature The heart rate control feature lets you choose from three different operating modes. The first mode is “SPEED AND ELEVATION MODE”. In this mode, the machine will bring you to your target heart rate by doing changes in speed and elevation, but you can make your own changes at anytime.
2.10 User Identification Feature The User Identification feature allows the treadmill to recognize individuals and automatically enter their weight along with additional information. The T700 will recognize eight. Whenever the User Identification feature is used, the weight will be automatically entered at each exercise program.

There is a standard welcome message entered in your T700. This message is displayed in the language of your choice previously selected (refer to Section 2.2). If the standard message is modified, it will only be displayed in the language you entered.
2.16 Add/Remove Program The T700 treadmill offers you the possibility to manage your main menu with your favorite programs by deleting from the menu on the screen the programs that you would rather not have on screen. After deleting it, you can, if you changed your mind, put it back to your menu with the add option.
Manual Program The Manual program allows you to create your own exercise as you progress in the program. The speed and elevation are completely controlled by the user at all times. At a glance, the JustGo the fact that the user controls both the speed and elevation at all times. The difference is that in the Manual program, you can select your exercise duration and weight for a more accurate display of the calories.
NOTE – This program can only be used with the optional heart rate chest strap available from your Authorized Bodyguard Dealer. Use of the heart rate chest strap will allow the treadmill belt to change speed along with a change in elevation. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to place the chest strap directly over the skin.

To select the Track program: Press the OTHER PROGRAMS key or the DECREASE key until you reach the Track program. Press the JustGo accept and follow the instructions shown in the central information window. Runner’s Interval Program The Runner’s Interval program is made for serious runners who want to simulate track workouts and create any workout they choose.
Gerkin Protocol Program (Required wireless chest strap) 1. The Gerkin Protocol program (based on Gerkin Protocol) is a graded submaximal V02 test used by the International Association of Fire Fighters to determine fitness for fire department duty. 2. The test is a series of 1 minute exercise stages, alternating between elevation grade and speed (i.e. first minute elevation is increased, next minute speed is increased, etc.) until the individual heart rate exceeds the target exercise heart rate.

3. HRC (Heart-Rate Control) cardiozone is now active. The Bodyguard® Heart Rate receiver inside each T700 treadmill is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the optional Heart Rate chest strap. The Heart Rate chest strap allows the computer to monitor your heart rate, or pulses per minute.
Polar wireless heart rate system. This includes a chest strap and a receiver. The receiver is an integral part of the machine and it is hidden inside. The chest strap is an option on all machines and can be purchased from Bodyguard troubleshooting check list.
Keep in mind that the version number may change depending on the model number of your T700 treadmill. The T700 treadmill allows you to perform the following tests : • NVRAM TEST •...
1. In the Diagnostics menu, select the ‘‘EPROM TEST’’ and accept it by pressing the JustGo will perform automatically. • The display will show ‘‘EPROM IS OK’’ if the EPROM is intact and it will display a “CHECKSUM” code (for Bodyguard internal use only).
Wait while the treadmill performs the motor check. That operation should take less than 30 seconds. Once completed, the message “MOTOR OK” will be displayed. WARNING – If the motor check procedure is canceled prematurely, do not use the treadmill. It is important to fully complete the motor check procedure prior to using the treadmill.
3. Press the CLEAR/STOP key to terminate the test. WARNING – Do not stand on the belt during this procedure. The treadmill will elevate to a maximum of 15% incline. Allow the treadmill to raise and lower automatically. The procedure will take approximately one minute to complete. If for any reason you must stop the test, press the CLEAR/STOP key to terminate the test.
2. Press the JustGo /ENTER key to proceed. 3. Walk on the treadmill for a couple of minutes and the value of the current and voltage at the motor will appear on the central information window. 4. Vary the speed to ensure that you get good readings for different speeds.

2. Open the lubricant supplied by your dealer. Place the lubricant tube in the middle of the belt at about 15 inches from the hood cover. Step on the treadmill and step down with your feet where the lubricant tube is located under the belt to make sure that most of the lubricant is now spread evenly on the deck surface.
Quick Troubleshooting Check List If you experience a problem during the normal operation of the T700, use the following troubleshooting table below. If you are unfamiliar or uncertain with basic diagnostic maintenance procedures, contact your Authorized Bodyguard Dealer for diagnostics or repair of your T700.
