I follow the instructions per manual but I am not able to access the diagnostic platform. I have screen indicator indicating belt maintenance I have perform maintenance and need to reset. Have some in the past but not able to access the diagnostic menue

To access the diagnostics menu on the Bodyguard T460XC:
1. Turn the power OFF. 2. Press and hold the INCREASE and DECREASE SPEED keys at the same time. 3. While holding the keys, turn the power ON. 4. Release the keys once in the DIAGNOSTICS Menu. 5. Press the JustGo key to access detailed items.
This menu allows you to view software version and perform functions like resetting the belt maintenance indicator.
