TROUBLESHOOTING If you are having trouble with your desk, try the simple steps outlined below. If problems persist, please refer to the Migration troubleshooting guide. DESK WILL NOT FULLY ADJUST • Check that the power cable is fully plugged into the outlet. - Page 7 • The control box is coded to operate only when all lifting columns are properly connected.
