10.6.1 Can I manually log activity or data?
This feature is currently not supported.
10.6.2 Can I sync data to my other fitness
apps, such as Strava?
If you download and use a third-party sports app on your watch,
you can sync the data to the mobile version of the app.
10.6.3 Why isn't the watch's GPS working
properly?
l The GPS signal might be blocked by tall buildings, or the
ephemeris data is not up to date. Please try to exercise in
parks, playgrounds or other open spaces to get a stronger
signal.
l We recommend connecting your watch to the phone at least
once a week in order to get updated ephemeris data.
l GPS aide can improve the GPS connection speed and the
accuracy of your exercise route while running. You can go to
"Settings > Connectivity > Location" to open GPS Aide.
