9 eSIM
9.1 What is eSIM?
An eSIM is a virtual SIM embedded inside your watch. After the
eSIM is activated, you can use your watch to make/receive
phone calls and access the mobile network independently.
9.2 Does OPPO Watch support
independent phone calls with eSIM?
OPPO Watch 46mm (LTE) supports eSIM function. After the eSIM
service is activated, independent calls are supported.
9.3 What should I know before activating
an eSIM service?
As of current, OPPO Watch only supports two carriers - Vodafone
and Orange.
Vodafone only supports post-paid SIM cards to activate eSIM
service.
Orange supports both pre-paid and post-paid SIM cards to
activate eSIM service.
More carriers will soon be supported.
