The max HR number in the Heart Rate app is based on heart
rates that are being measured continuously. This number will be
more accurate than a single real-time measurement.
10.3.7 Why isn't a high heart rate
reflected in the 24-hour heart rate
diagram?
Your heart rate is measured each second. However, the 24-hour
heart rate diagram displays heart rates by minutes, so your
heart rate at a specific time may not be shown in the diagram.

heart rate monitoring?
Yes. OPPO Watch has always-on heart rate monitoring.
10.3.9 Can I turn off the green flashing
light on the back of my watch? Is it
