If you want your phone to stop making sounds & vibrations
when your watch is connected:
On your Android phone, open the Wear OS app.
Under "Settings," tap "Notifications".
Tap "Silence phone" while wearing watch.

watch, will it be dismissed on my
phone?
Yes. Vice versa.
5.5 How to block some app's
notifications？
l On your phone, open the Wear OS app. At the bottom, under
"Settings", tap "Notifications" and then Change watch
notifications.
l On your watch, go to "Settings > Apps & notifications > App
notifications > Show all". Tap an app to block or unblock it.
