Go to "Settings > System > Date & time", disable "Automatic
date & time" and "Automatic time zone", then you can
manually set date, time, and time zone.

It syncs your paired phone by default. If you hope to set
manually, go to "Settings > System > Date & time", first disable
"Automatic date & time", then switch between these two
formats by enabling/disabling "Use 24-hour format".

When there is a system update available, you would receive a
notification. Tap the notification, the update would be
automatically downloaded and installed.
You can also check for system updates in "Settings > System >
About > System updates".
8.5.2 How to reset my watch to factory
settings？
Go to "Settings > System", tap "Disconnect & reset", a
prompt would pop up for your confirmation.
