10.4.2 How is my exercise time
calculated?
The watch calculates your exercise time based on the following:
l Walking, jogging, or running with a pace of over 100 steps
per minute.
l Cycling in the fat-burning heart rate zone (60% of your
maximum heart rate).
l Swimming strokes.
l Completed 5-min workouts.
10.4.3 How are my activity sessions
calculated?
During a single day, if you have moved a certain distance within
a 1-hour period, the watch will record 1 session.
10.4.4 Why am I seeing different step
counts in Daily activity and on the
Home tab of the HeyTap Health app?
Daily Activity reads the steps recorded by the sensors on your
watch, while the Home tab integrates both the data from your
phone and watch. If there are multiple devices or smart
wearables linked to your HeyTap Account, the step count
