10.3 Heart rate
10.3.1 Why did I receive a prompt during
measurement that said my heart rate
failed to be measured?
To ensure your heart rate can be measured, make sure to:
l Fasten your watch strap just above your wrist bone (towards
your elbow) and ensure that the back of your watch presses
firmly against your wrist.
l Keep your wrist still during measurement.
10.3.2 How do I start and end the
measurement after I open the Heart
Rate app?
Measurement starts as soon as you open the Heart Rate app
and continues until the screen turns off. By default, the watch
face turns off after 30 seconds, but you can set it to turn off
earlier or later.
10.3.3 Will my watch tell me if my heart
rate is abnormally low or high?
