H3C S3100-52P Ethernet Switch
Description
Use the tcp timer syn-timeout command to configure the TCP synwait timer.
Use the undo tcp timer syn-timeout command to restore the default value of the TCP
synwait timer.
By default, the value of the TCP synwait timer is 75 seconds.
When sending the SYN packet, TCP starts the synwait timer. If the response packet is
not received before synwait times out, the TCP connection will be terminated.
Related command: tcp timer fin-timeout and tcp window.
Example
# Configure the default value of the TCP synwait timer to 80 seconds.

System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.

Syntax
tcp window window-size
undo tcp window

Parameter
window-size: Size of the transmission and receiving buffers of the connection-oriented
socket, measured in kilobytes (KB), in the range of 1 to 32.
Description
Use the tcp window command to configure the size of the transmission and receiving
buffers of the connection-oriented socket.
Use the undo tcp window command to restore the default size of the transmission and
receiving buffers of the connection-oriented socket.
By default, the size of the transmission and receiving buffers is 8 KB.
Related command: tcp timer fin-timeout and tcp timer syn-timeout.
Example
# Configure the size of the transmission and receiving buffers of the
connection-oriented socket to 3KB.
