1.2.1.4 Power Supply System

By default, the USG6530 has a built-in 150W AC power module, but you can optionally
add a 170W power module for 1+1 power redundancy.

Description
Indicates the layout of the slots, including the slot number and
module type.
Provides power input and distribution for the device. PWR5 is
the standard power module, which is built-in and not
pluggable. An optional PWR6 power module is supported to
provide 1+1 power redundancy. When PWR5 is working,
PWR6 is hot-swappable. For details, see
System.
SM-HDD-SAS300G-B hard disk combination consists of a
hard disk card and SM-HDD-SAS300G-A hard disk. Hard
disks are used to store logs and reports. The hard disks are
2.5-inch SAS hard disks. Hard disks are optional and can be
purchased from EdgeWave if necessary. For details on

If no hard disk is installed, a filler panel must be installed on
slot HDD4 to ensure normal air flow and keep out dust.
The serial number that uniquely identifies the device. The ESN
of the device must be provided to the local technical support
personnel of EdgeWave to apply for a license.
The M4 OT terminal of the ground cable is connected to the
protective ground terminal of the device, and the other terminal
of the ground cable is connected to the ground point of the
cabinet or workbench or the ground bar of the equipment
room.
