1. LIMITED WARRANTY

SCHUBERTH warrants that this product is free from defects
due to faulty material or workmanship under normal use and
maintenance during a limited warranty period of 5 years from
the date of purchase, in the United States of America or Canada
by the original buyer, and subject to the exceptions, limitations,
disclaimers and other terms and conditions contained in this
Limited Warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE
OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANT-
ABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SCHUBERTH OR ITS CUSTOMER
SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR
EXPENSES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE OF
SCHUBERTH PRODUCTS OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER,
EXCEPT FOR THE LIABILITY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE GOODS
COVERED BY WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF
LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Should warranty claim arise, return the item(s) to your dealer or
directly to our customer service administrator for evaluation. If
the item is found to be defective by our customer service
administrator, it will be repaired and returned to you, postpaid.
If we determine that the item cannot be repaired, we will arrange
for a replacement at no additional cost to you. This warranty sets
forth in full the complete liabilities and obligations of SCHUBERTH
and its customer service administrator in respect to breach of
warranty. Scratches and damage to painted surfaces or visors are
not covered under the warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or defects due to:
- Improper and excessive use of the product
- Modification of the product by the customer
- Failure to observe our product recommendations
- Normal wear and tear.
