DESCRIPTION
Steamed cuttlefish with peas, fresh
tomatoes and basil.
Served with ( lemon juice, olive oil,
salt and pepper ).
Serve with French mustard
dressing
Spealt salad with pesto sauce
dressing.
Serve with a balsamic and garlic
dressing
When ready mix together and mint
and garlic yoghurt sauce spice.
When ready serve with a spicy
tomato and cumin sauce and
sprinkle with ground cumin.
Serve with oil and fresh dill.
Serve with a coriander, lemon juice
and olive oil dressing.
Serve with your favourite tomato
pasta sauce.
Serve with lemon juice, garlic and
olive oil dressing.
