The 16194A has been designed specifically for the measurements within the
temperature range of –55 °C to +200 °C using the Impedance Analyzer with
High Temperature Test Kit.
The 16194A can also be used in normal temperature measurements. The
operating temperature depends on the specification of each instrument.
