Any L3 PCBA which has appearance like below cases is not acceptable.
 1) The PCBA which shielding cover is rusty or distortion, copper peel off;
 2) Smudge on PCBA, such as soldering flux, rudimental glue, handwriting, burn, scratch and so
on ;
