2.4 SMS function

E840-TTL-(4G-02) can support SMS sending and receiving, SMS remote configuration function (inserted SIM card needs to
support SMS service).
a) SMS sending: In AT mode, send AT+SMSSEND=number, data to complete the SMS sending, where number
refers to the receiving number, and data refers to the data to be sent.
