    To meet enterprise demand for wireless communication, PLANET WDAP-C7200E 1200Mbps Dual Band 802.11ac Wireless AP supports central management through PLANET AP controllers. With IEEE 802.11ac 2T2R dual-band technology, the WDAP-C7200E provides a maximum wireless speed of 867Mbps at 5GHz and 300Mbps at 2.4GHz.
  • Page 10 WDAP-C7200E can be powered and networked by a single UTP cable, effectively eliminating the needs of dedicated electrical outlets on t he ceiling and reducing the cabling cost. Furthermore, the system administrator is able to arrange the PoE schedule of the WDAP-C7200E by working with the managed PoE switch.

    PCs running Windows 98/ME, NT4.0, 2000/XP, Windows Vista / Win 7, MAC OS 9 or later, Linux,  UNIX or other platforms compatible with TCP/IP protocols 1. The AP in the following instructions refers to PLANET WDAP-C7200E. 2. It is recommended to use Internet Explorer 11, Firefox or Chrome to access the AP. Installing the AP Before installing the AP, make sure your PoE switch is connected to the Internet through the broadband service successfully at this moment.

    These values can be changed as you want. In this guide, we use all the default values for description. Connect the WDAP-C7200E with your PC by an Ethernet cable plugging in LAN port on one side and in LAN port of PC on the other side. Please power on the WDAP-C7200E by PoE switch through the PoE port.
