The gateway must be added to the WEG IoT Platform at the plant of interest. For this step, a smartphone containing the WEG
Motor Scan app must be used.
The steps to register the gateway can be viewed directly in the app and in the full manual.
a) Access the "WEG Motor Scan" app and login to the WEG IoT portal user account.
b) Select "NEW DEVICE" - Select Cassia X1000
c) Make sure the gateway is turned on checking the LED at the bottom.
d) Select the plant where the gateway will be installed.
e) Only Motor plants where the user making the registration has an Administrator profile will appear in the list.
f) Don't you have a plant? Go to "New plant" and register it.
g) Identify the gateway using the MAC address.
h) The MAC address is located on the label attached to the bottom of the gateway
i) Connect to the gateway hotspot (iOS) or wait until the smartphone displays the nearby gateway network (Android).
j) Name the gateway
k) The name will be used on the WEG IoT Platform to identify the gateway.
l) Use tags to help identify devices on the Platform.
m) The use of tags is highly recommended. Multiple tags can be assigned to the same device.
n) Make sure there is internet available.
o) Wait for confirmation that the gateway has been added to the Platform.
El gateway debe ser adicionado a la Plataforma WEG IoT en la planta de interés. Para esta etapa deberá ser utilizado un
smartphone que contenga la aplicación WEG Motor Scan.
Los pasos para hacer el registro del gateway pueden ser visualizados directamente en la aplicación y en el manual completo.
a) Acceda al aplicativo "WEG Motor Scan" haga el login en la cuenta de usuario del portal WEG IoT.
b) Seleccione "NUEVO DISPOSITIVO" - Seleccione Cassia X1000
c) Asegúrese de que el gateway esté encendido, a través del led en la base inferior
d) Seleccione la planta donde el gateway será instalado.
e) Solamente aparecerán en la lista plantas de Motores donde el usuario que está realizando el registro tiene perfil de
Administrador.
f) ¿No tiene una planta? Acceda "Nueva planta" y regístrela
g) Identifique el gateway utilizando la MAC address.
h) La MAC address está ubicada en la etiqueta fijada en la base inferior del gateway.
i) Conéctese al hotspot del gateway (iOS) o aguarde hasta que el smartphone exhiba la red del gateway próxima (Android).
j) Atribuya un nombre al gateway.
k) El nombre será utilizado en la Plataforma WEG IoT para identificación del gateway.
