Changing Channels, Hold, Mute, and Flash
To change channels, place a call on hold, mute a call, or access call waiting
while on the phone, follow these steps:

If you do not have any special phone services, pressing FLASH
might disconnect the current call.
If the above FLASH operation does not work and you have
Telecom's easy call service connected then follow Telecom's
instructions to operate "call waiting".
