━ Replace the ejector rod module 1. Remove the screws on top of the ejector rods on both sides. 2. Remove the springs. 3. Take out the ejector rod downward. Replace with a new ejector rod and screw back the top screw.
━ Replace the heater module Open the front door and take out the waste box, cartridge rack and T-rack. 1. Remove the middle screw. 2. Remove the temperature probe. 3. Remove the four screws on heater module. Install a new heater module and lock back all the parts.
━ Replace the M-axis sensors Open the front door and take out the waste box, cartridge rack and T-rack. 1. Remove the wires connected with the sensors. 2. Remove the two screws on each sensor.
━ Replace the X-axis motor belt 1. Remove the three screws of the metal sheet. 2. Remove the two screws of the metal plate from under the instrument. 3. Remove the metal plate, then replace with a new motor belt.
━ Replace the Y-axis motor 1. Unplug the connector of the Y-axis with the PCB panel. 2. Loosen the stop screw to about 1mm on the coupling. 3. Remove the four screws of the motor. Replace with a new Y-axis motor.
━ Replace the V-axis motor 1. Unplug the connectors of the V-axis. 2. Remove the three screws of the axle sleeve. 3. Remove the four screws of the motor.
━ Replace M-axis motor 1. Remove the four screws on the magnetic module and take out the module. 2. Unplug the power connector of the lift motor. 3. Remove the four fixation screws of the motor. 4. Remove the two stop screws on the timing gear.
━ Replace the timing belt of the lift motor of the base 1. Remove the four screws on the magnetic module and take out the module. 2. Unplug the power connector of the lift motor. 3. Remove the two screws of the reinforced metal sheet of the motor.
