Symptom
Bed section does not move
Full bed: No electric function does work
Side rail does not open or close

Possible cause
End of stroke reached
Bed not plugged in
Hand control not connected
Hand control defective
Control unit defective
Cables entangled or pinched
Locking mechanism defective
Remedy
Operate opposite button
Plug in mains cable
Ensure hand control correctly connected
to control unit.
Call dealer / technician to replace hand
control
Call dealer / technician to replace
control unit
Call dealer / technician to replace cables
Call dealer / technician to repair side rail
