When the DVK-400 is connected to the
notebook PC directly by the static IP, if the
IP address can not be scanned, it is possible
that this DVK-400 was set in DHCP mode.
To solve this issue, please press the IP
RESET hole which is located on the rear
panel of the DVK-400 and then please turn
off and turn on the power of the DVK-400.
After the IP RESET hole is pressed for about
5 seconds, please release it. And then the
IP address of the DVK-400 will be restored
to the factory default static IP address
192.1 68.100.120. At this time, users can
scan the IP address for further connection.
Please make sure that the DVK-400 is
connected correctly. If users switch to
different output source and there is no
change for the output, it means that there
is no connection between the DVK-400 and
the DVK-400 App. Please reconnect the
DVK-400 and the DVK-400 App again to
solve this issue.
If the connection is established correctly,
please make sure that the SDI or HDMI
setting is the same as the physical
connection and then the correct status can
be shown.
It is recommended to connect to PVW OUT
when operating the DVK-400 and it will
switch to foreground automatically and the
cursor (+) will be shown. If users connect to
PGM OUT, this function can not be used.
