You can record up to a
30-second greeting.
Stand within 12 inches in
front of the microphone
and speak clearly when
recording your outgoing
message.

SETTING YOUR OUTGOING MESSAGE (GREETING)

When you receive a call, the answering system automatically plays
either a preset message or your own personal outgoing message.
Preset message
The following message is prerecorded:
"Hello, no one is available to take your call. Please leave a message
after the tone."
To record your own greeting, follow the steps below.
Recording your personal greeting
1) Press and hold
