    ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1: Connect the Lower extension wire (90) with the Extension wire (89) 2. Lock the Upright tube (2L/R)) on the Main frame (1) with the Screws (53) and Washers (78). NOTE: Do not tighten yet.

    GROUNDING METHODS This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord that has an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

    When the treadmill runs out of oil, the screen displays an error message “system oil run out”. Shut off power to the treadmill and replace or refill the oil container. 1.11.     EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS 1. The Warm-Up Phase It is advisable to do a few stretch exercises before warming up on the treadmill. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30 seconds. Do not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.
  • Page 21 This stage is to let your cardio-vascular system and muscles wind down and relax. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again taking care not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch.

    MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS WALKING BELT CENTERING AND TENSION ADJUSTMENT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the walking belt. This may cause reduced motor performance and excessive roller wear. CENTERING THE WALKING BELT: 1. Place treadmill on a level surface 2. Run treadmill at approximately 5.5km/h, or 3.5 mp/h. 3.
  • Page 23 ADJUSTING BELT TENSION If you feel a slipping sensation when running on the treadmill, the running belt must be tightened. In most cases, the belt has stretched from use, causing the belt to slip. To eliminate the slipping, tension both the rear roller bolts with the appropriate size allen wrench, turning it 1/4 TURN to the right.
  • Page 24 WALKING BELT AND DECK LUBRICATION This treadmill is equipped with a pre-lubricated, low maintenance deck system. The belt/ deck friction may play a major role in the function and lifespan of your treadmill, thus requiring periodic lubrication. We recommend periodic inspection of the deck.
