DosiPump offers a direct dispense function straight from the main screen. (4.2)
Speed & Time controlled / no absolute volumes (undefined- / not calibrated
tube set). This function allows fast, user controlled dispensing of any volume.
DosiPump allows any kind of individual pump settings for any single dose, followed
by a selectable pause and any other dose varying in speed pump direction e.g.
DosiPump simply repeats step by step any programmed values. The Programmes
are simply to enter in a spread sheet. DosiPump follows each single volume and
executes the amount of desired repeats.
Each single volume consists of the Volume (ml), the Pump speed (ml/min), the
pump direction, Antidrop (°angle / defined pump head pullback), pause before next
dose. (4.4)
All Programmes require a calibrated tube! DosiPump allows 8 Tube sets to be cal-
ibrated and selected before the execution of any Program. The Program gets
adapted automatically to the individual Tube values.
Any of the below settings can be programmed
Repeated sets of doses;
Define dose and pause (time of footswitch signal), repeat dose up
to 999 times
E.G. Dispense [9ml] [Pause] [9ml] [Pause] [9ml] [Pause] ...
Repeated sets of different doses:
Up to 12 different volumes in a row,
Repeated sets of different dosings (up to 999)
E.G. Dispense [2,4,6,8,10 ml] [Pause] [2,4,6,8,10 ml] [Pause] ...
Dilutions:
Aspirate defined volume, aspirate defined air-gap, dispense with
defined amount of diluent.

"Pipette" Function:
Aspirate defined volume, dispense the same volume
