  • Page 3 Before you build your Sew Station & Spool Holder, you’ll need to separate the drawer rails into two pieces to be installed individually. The rails are comprised of three pieces. The outer and intermediate pieces don’t separate. The inner piece can be completely removed.
  • Page 4 If you’re planning to use your Sew Station on the left side of your DreamBox, use Left Side Configu- ration (the side table will extend to the right). If you’d like to use your Sew Station on the right side of your DreamBox, use Right Side Configuration (the table will extend to the left.

  • Page 8 Line up (3) built-in cams in Back with corre- sponding connecting bolts in Top. Slide Back into place. Back Insert a phillips head screwdriver at a slight angle and turn clockwise to tighten. Back Proprietary, patented product and assembly instructions. Do not copy or distribute.
  • Page 9 Slide Side 1 onto (2) connecting bolts in right side of Top and (3) built-in cams in Back. Turn clockwise to tighten. Note: If you chose “Right Side Configuration” the side table hinge holes will be on the same side of the Top as Side 1. If you chose “Left Side Configuration” the side table hinge holes will correspond with Side 2.
  • Page 10 Slide Side 2 onto (2) connecting bolts in left side of Top and (3) built-in cams in Back. Turn clockwise to tighten. Note: If you chose “Left Side Configuration” the side table hinge holes will be on the same side of the Top as Side 2. If you chose “Right Side Configuration” the side table hinge holes will correspond with Side 1.

  • Page 13 Attach Side Table using (3) hinges and (18) R I G HT S ID E C ONFIGUR ATION euro screws. DO NOT tighten screws all the way at first. Once table is attached tighten one screw in each hinge and repeat until all screws are tight.
  • Page 14 Attach (1) table leg to each table using (4) table leg screws for each table leg. Install side table leg into the set of pre-drilled holes indicated so that the table leg opens toward the front side of the Sew Station. Be careful not to over-screw.   • Page 15 Back Table Side Table CAUT ION HE AV Y: With two people fold tables and turn onto front of Sew Station. Carefully lift onto 4 wheels. Unlock wheels to have station move freely.   • Page 17 Install (4) bearing wheels onto the back 2 holes on each metal arm. Use (4) washers and (4) nuts. Use (2) 1/2” screws to fasten metal centerpiece to the power lifter. Install from back of lifter. Make sure 2 metal lips are flush with the white plastic lifter.
  • Page 18 . This will assure your lifter is centered. Connect the top of the center lift guide to the Sew Station with (2) 1/2" screws. Be careful to screw SLOWLY and not strip the back panel.
  • Page 19 Install lift control on right or left side of the Top. Please install lift control switch on the OPPOSITE side of the rails. Attach cord using plastic cord holders to top and back of Sew Station. Install cords to power lift motor. Plug in and raise the lift.

  • Page 27 Install 9 shelf-supports in suggested placement. If spool holder is installed on the left for knee lift sewers, 2 shelves will be installed on the right. You may not be able to install the middle shelf, giving you plenty of room for the motion of your knee lift.
