    In addition to generating CW light, the Chrolis has extensive pulse capabilities. The Chrolis is a modular device and allows the user to configure a light source with LED mod- ules of different wavelengths and corresponding dichroic mirrors most suitable for the individual application.

    LLG as light exposure might be harmful to eyes. 2. Lift the handle "RELEASE LLG". 3. Insert the LLG into the Chrolis. Please use the end that is labeled by a yellow band. 4. Release the handle. 5. Turn on the Chrolis using the ON/OFF switch located on the front of the Chrolis.

    7. Use the Chrolis software to activate the LEDs. Attention Prior to turning on the Chrolis and using the Chrolis software, ensure that the free end of the LLG is pointing away from all people or reflective surfaces in the room.

    4 Maintenance and Service 4 Maintenance and Service Protect the Chrolis from adverse weather conditions. The Chrolis is not water resistant. Attention To avoid damage to the instrument, do not expose it to spray, liquids or solvents! Please use a dry, lint free cloth to clean the outside or pressured air to gently blow off any debris or dust from the inside of the Chrolis.

    Risk Group in accordance to the standard IEC 62471:2006. UV/Vis/IR Warning Statement The Chrolis may emit intense UV, Vis or IR radiation during operation, depending on the LEDs used. Precautions must be taken to prevent looking directly at the emitted light. If viewing the UV/Vis/IR light is necessary, respective light protective glasses must be worn to avoid eye dam- age.
