10. Power consumption
A. Purpose
This is for Checking the leakage of camera power.
B. Behavior
① Send the command for starting the checking to the Power supply.
② The Power supply controls the specified power and delay time of each step.
③ The camera settings for checking the power consumption are set as Preview, Tele, Wide, LCD Off, Playback
mode.
11. Taking an image for checking the Resolution
A. Purpose
For testing the resolution, capture the resolution chart.
B. Behavior
[Description of the algorithm]
Take the chart 6 times. 5 shots are in the Wide zoom mode and 1 shot is in the Tele zoom mode.
In Wide zoom mode, move the focus to –4 step from the correct focus and take the first shot.
After that, take 4 shots. Whenever the chart is taken, move the focus by + 2 focus steps. (Defocus –2, -1, 0, +1, +2)
In Tele zoom mode, take the chart in the correct focus mode.
[Standards for the Adjustment]
Keep the distance between the camera and the chart as 80cm.
① Prepare the basic settings for taking the chart.
a.Before taking the chart, delete all of images.
b.Set the camera as Program mode, ISO 100, AWB auto, multi metering.
② In the Wide zoom mode, take the chart by changing the 2 focus step.In the Tele zoom mode, take the chart in the
correct focus mode.The algorithms of each step are as following
a. In the Wide zoom mode, press the shutter button half way down.
b. Point the camera to the chart and press the shutter button half way down to get the focus.
In this moment, "af s1" command will be sent and the camera locks the focus. (The focus step will display on
the LCD)
c. Locking the focus and move the camera by –4 step (far from the chart) and then take the chart.
d. After that, move the camera by +2 step(near from the chart) and take the chart. Repeat this step 4 times.
e. Change the zoom position to the Tele zoom. And press the shutter button half way down.
f. Point the camera to the chart, and take the chart in the correct focus mode.
C. Spec (Standard for checking defect)
This is for only taking the chart.
