7. Flash Gno.
A. Purpose
This is for checking the defect and declination of the Flash H/W by firing test.
B. Behavior
[Description of the algorithm]
① Charge the flash and take an image with flash
② Calculate the brightness of the captured image.
③ Check the availability of the brightness.
④ Depending on the result, decide OK or NG.
[Standards for the Adjustment]
- Specification of the tools: DARK BOX(or dark room)
- Chart : 36 % black
- Distance between the tools and camera : 80 cm
C. Spec (Standard for checking defect)
- From the PV-2 steps, the adjustment actualizes. The followings are temporary standard.
20 : 8900 < average of the brightness < 9800
50 : 10300 < average of the brightness < 11700
80 : 10900 < average of the brightness < 12100
