Input Jack (10)
Connect the red measuring cable to this input when measuring
AC or DC voltage up to 600 V (CAT III), for diode tests, for
continuity tests (buzzer), for measuring capacitance and for
measuring resistance. Turn the rotary function switch (13) to the
desired position.

HOLD Key (12)

Press the HOLD key (12) to freeze any current value on the
display. The icon "H" is shown.
Press the HOLD key again to return to displaying the current
value.

Range Switch Key RAN (7)

When the digital clamp meter is turned on, it starts with the auto
range mode for measuring current, voltage, resistance, capaci-
tance and frequency.
Press the range switch key RAN (7) once to switch into
manual range mode. Each time you press this key, the range
will go up one level and return to the lowest level when the
highest level has been reached.
Press and hold the range switch key for more than one second
to return to auto range mode.
Press the range switch key to return to "normal" measuring
mode during working in the maximum or minimum value
measuring function.
Note:
At frequency range, the digital clamp meter cannot be set to
manual range mode.
