Unpacking the server enclosure

CAUTION!
Follow the safety instructions in
page 29.
Ê Transport the server enclosure to the place where you want to set it up.
Ê Do not unpack the server enclosure until it is at its installation location.
Ê Unpack all the individual parts.

Keep the original packaging in case you want to transport the server
enclosure again.
Ê Check the delivery for any damage during transport.
Ê Check whether the items delivered match the details on the delivery note.
The product name and serial number of the product can be found on the
identification rating plate. It is located on the underside of the server
enclosure, at the front on the right.
Ê If the delivery is damaged or does not match the delivery note, contact your
supplier immediately!
Ê Notify your supplier immediately should you discover that the items
delivered do not correspond to the delivery note.
Ê Remove all scratching protection foils from the front panel, HDD/SSD
frames, Fujitsu and PRIMERGY logo, VGA dummy and ODD dummy in
case they are still sticked to the server system.
