distribution adapter panel (3603P UHD) are used with the 3603D-1U-UP UHD shelf. The shelf provides secured,
enclosed slack trunk cable storage and features a removable cover. The modules are intended for indoor use,
but may be used outdoors in a suitable protective enclosure.

Port labeling may be printed on provided perforated label card using printable label template available on the CommScope website: m ycommscope.com and navigate to the UHD Module. 2.
