    • One RS-232 output • Alarm relays (up to 2) The SERVOPRO FID will give a response to other hydrocarbons that is proportional to the number of hydrocarbons contain in the molecule. However, it will not necessarily be linearly proportional because of incomplete hydrocarbon oxidation of larger molecules.

SERVOPRO FID. 6.1 Calibrating the SERVOPRO FID CAUTION You must calibrate the SERVOPRO FID before initial set-up. We also recommend calibrating the SERVOPRO FID at least every month or more often depending on the required accuracy. Periodic calibrations are important in order to verify the functionality of the analyser.

“mA failure mode” to low or high, the 4-20 mA analogue output will be set according to this setting. Because the SERVOPRO FID uses explosive gas, the software has built-in functions to reduce the risk of explosion. If the flame is off for more than 5 minutes and the set point of hydrogen is not 0 cc/min, it will automatically be set to 0 cc/min and the hydrogen shut off valve will be de-activated.
