Open the VacuValve Cap.
c.
Tilt the sprayer so the VacuValve
Reservoir is the highest point of the
cup assembly.
d.
Gently squeeze the FlexLiner until
disinfectant enters the VacuValve
Reservoir and all air bubbles are
evacuated from the cup.
e.
While continuing to squeeze the
FlexLiner, close the VacuValve
Cap.

Fill the pump with disinfectant as follows:
a.
Plug sprayer into a grounded
power source.
b.
Point the sprayer into a waste
bucket and pull the Sprayer Trigger
for 5 – 10 seconds. Disinfectant will
not spray but recirculate through
the pump and back to the cup.
c.
Repeat step 7 to evacuate
additional air that was circulated
out of the pump and into the cup
during the previous step.
9.
Turn Prime Pump/Spray Knob forward to
SPRAY position. Verify Spray Tip is
forward in the SPRAY position.
10. You are now ready to spray.
