1. Introductie 1.1. Inleiding De douche- en toiletstoel Tango / Tango XL is een hulpmiddel voor het ergonomisch verantwoord verzorgen en wassen van de persoon met beperking . Voor zowel de persoon met beperking als de verzorger is het comfort optimaal . De Tango / Tango XL kan, met gebruik van een ondersteek / emmer of in combinatie met een toilet, ook worden gebruikt als toiletstoel .

Op onderdelen die aan slijtage onderhevig zijn wordt geen garantie gegeven, tenzij sprake is van constructie- en / of materiaalfouten . 2. Gebruik 2.1. Ingebruikname Voordat u de Tango / Tango XL in gebruik neemt, controleert u of onderstaande onderdelen aanwezig zijn . Deze onderdelen kunnen worden vervangen bij schade door bevoegde personen .

Stap 2 Klap indien nodig de voetplaten omhoog en klap het voetsteun frame omhoog (Zie paragraaf 3.2. Voetsteun) . Stap 3 De Tango / Tango XL dient tijdens personentransfer op de rem te staan (Zie paragraaf 3.1. Wielblokkering) . Stap 4 De persoon met beperking kan plaatsnemen in de stoel .

3.2. Voetsteun • Voordat de persoon met beper- king plaats neemt op de Tango / Tango XL, worden de voetplaten of het voetsteun frame omhoog geklapt . Hierdoor ontstaat er voldoende ruimte, zodat de persoon met beperking Figuur 2 Figuur 3 gemakkelijk kan gaan zitten voetplaten opklappen .

• De armleggers kunnen ontgrendeld worden door de bevei- ligingspal bij het scharnier punt aan het frame in te drukken (Zie figuur 7) . Hierna kan de armlegger voor de persoon met beperking weggedraaid en omhoog geklapt worden . • Bescherm de persoon met beperking altijd bij het omhoog- of omlaagklappen van de armleggers .

3.4.2. Gebruik van de ondersteek of emmer • Wanneer de Tango / Tango XL gebruikt wordt als toilet- stoel, kan onder de zitting in de speciale geleider een RVS / kunststof ondersteek of emmer geschoven worden . • De ondersteek of emmer wordt aan de achterzijde van de stoel ingeschoven (Zie figuur 10) .

. Bij voorkeur dient dit te worden gedaan door Lopital of een ander daartoe bevoegde instantie . Lopital biedt de mogelijkheid om de stoel 1 keer per jaar grondig te laten inspecteren onderhouden, middels het Periodiek Preventief Onderhoud .

Alle onderdelen die vervangen of verwijdert worden, kunnen terug worden gestuurd naar Lopital BV . Ook is het mogelijk deze onderdelen aan de monteur aan te bieden voor vernietiging . Wij zullen ervoor zorgen dat alle onderdelen op een milieuvriendelijke wijze worden verwerkt .

• The Tango / Tango XL may not be used to transport loads other than people . • Only use original parts, supplied by Lopital . • Use the Tango / Tango XL in a clean and tidy working environment .

2. Use 2.1. First use Before you use the Tango / Tango XL, you must check to ensure the following components are present . These components can be replaced by authorised individuals in the event of damage . These components are the applied parts of the Tango / Tango XL .

Step 3 The Tango / Tango XL must be put on the brakes before transferring persons (See paragraph 3.1. Wheel blocking). Step 4 The client can take a seat in the chair . Support the client if necessary . Step 5 Place both feet on the footrests (See paragraph 3.2.

3.2. Footrest • Before the client takes a seat in the Tango / Tango XL, the foot plates or footrest frame must be folded upwards . There is now sufficient room to allow the client to easily take a seat (See figures 2 and 3) .

• The armrests can be unlocked by pressing the security catch at the hinging point on the frame (See figure 7). The armrest can then be turned up for the client and folded up . • Always protect the client when folding the armrests up or down .

• According to the guidelines for medical devices, a chair must be maintained in line with the manufacturer’s instruc- tions . This process will preferably be carried out by Lopital or another authorised body . Lopital offers the option of having the chair thoroughly inspected and serviced once a year via Periodic Preventative Maintenance .

6. Removal of parts All parts that are replaced or removed can be sent back to Lopital BV . You may also offer the parts to the engineer for destruction . We will ensure that all parts are processed in an environmentally-friendly manner .

Schritt 2 Klappen Sie die Fußplatten und das Fußstützengestell bei Bedarf nach oben (Siehe Kapitel 3.2. Fußstütze) . Schritt 3 Der Tango / Tango XL Stuhl muss während des Personentransfers immer arretiert werden (Siehe Kapitel 3.1. Rollenblockierung) . Schritt 4 Der Klient kann sich in den Stuhl setzen .

3.2. Fußstütze • Bevor der Klient im Stuhl Platz nimmt, werden die Fußplatten am Fußstützengestell nach oben geklappt . Dadurch entsteht genug Platz, damit der Klient sich einfach setzen kann (Siehe Abbildung 2 und 3). Abbildung 2 Abbildung 3 • Der Pfleger oder der Klient hebt Fußplatten hochklappen .

• Die Armlehnen können entriegelt werden, indem der Sicherungsstift beim Gelenkpunkt am Gestell eingedrückt wird (Siehe Abbildung 7) . Danach kann die Armlehne für den Klienten zur Seite gedreht und nach oben geklappt werden . • Schützen Sie den Klienten immer beim Hoch- und Herunterklappen der Armlehnen .

3.4.2. Verwendung eines Behälters • Wenn der Tango / Tango XL Stuhl als Toilettenstuhl benutzt wird, kann unter den Sitz in die spezielle Führung ein Edelstahl / Kunststoff-Behälter geschoben werden . • Der Behälter wird an der Rückseite des Stuhls eingeschoben (Siehe Abbildung 10) .
