    1. Introductie 1.1. Inleiding De elektrisch in hoogte verstelbare douche- en toiletstoel Elexo XXL is een hulpmiddel voor het ergonomisch verantwoord verzorgen en wassen van de persoon met beperking. Voor zowel de persoon met beperking als de verzorger is het comfort optimaal. De Elexo XXL kan, met gebruik van een ondersteek / emmer of in combinatie met een toilet, ook worden gebruikt als toiletstoel.

    2. Gebruik 2.1. Ingebruikname Voordat u de Elexo XXL in gebruik neemt, controleert u of de onderdelen van pagina 8 aanwezig zijn. Deze onderdelen kunnen worden vervangen bij schade door bevoegde personen. Deze onderdelen zijn de applied parts van de Elexo XXL. Deze onderdelen kunnen tijdens het gebruik van de Elexo XXL in contact komen met de gebruiker(s).

    3. Bediening 3.1. Wielblokkering • De Elexo XXL kan op de rem worden gezet door de blauwe dop (1) op het wiel , in te trappen (Zie figuur 2). • Om de Elexo XXL van de rem af te halen moet de lip (2) van het wiel naar beneden worden gedrukt.

    Zorg ervoor dat u de stekker op de juiste, passende positie in het oplaadpunt duwt. Alleen de origineel meegeleverde lader van de Elexo XXL gebruiken. Bij gebruik van een andere lader is Lopital niet aansprakelijk voor de eventuele gevolgen, zoals het beschadigen van de elektronica.

    4. Veiligheidsfuncties 4.1. Noodstop Aan de linker voorzijde bevindt zich de noodstop (Zie figuur 16). Bedien de noodstop bij een noodgeval waarbij direct de stijgende of dalende beweging gestopt moet worden. Nadat de noodstop is ingedrukt werkt geen enkele elektrische bediening meer.     Haal de persoon met beperking uit de stoel en gebruik de stoel niet meer totdat deze gerepareerd is. Zet de stoel op een veilige plaats en geef aan dat de stoel defect is. Neem contact op met de technische dienst of de service afdeling van Lopital. E-mail: service@lopital.nl 4.4.

    7. Verwijdering onderdelen Alle onderdelen die vervangen of verwijdert worden, kunnen terug worden gestuurd naar Lopital BV. Ook is het mogelijk deze onderdelen aan de monteur aan te bieden voor vernietiging. Wij zullen ervoor zorgen dat alle onderdelen op een milieuvriendelijke wijze worden verwerkt.

    1. Introduction 1.1. Introduction The height-adjustable electric shower and toilet chair Elexo XXL is a medical device for caring for and washing clients in an ergonomically responsible manner. Comfort is the primary consideration for both the client and the carer. The Elexo XXL can also be used as a toilet chair, in combination with a bedpan / bucket.
  • Page 28 • Only use original parts, supplied by Lopital. • The use of components (chargers, cables, actuators, batteries, etc.) that have not been supplied by Lopital may result in increased emissions or decreased immunity of the Elexo XXL. • Use the Elexo XXL in a clean and tidy working environment.

    1.3. Warranty Lopital products are guaranteed for 2 years with respect to construction and / or material faults. In the event of varying warranty terms, the exact period will be indicated on your invoice; this also serves as the warranty itself.

    3. Operation 3.1. Wheel blocking • The brake can be applied on the Elexo XXL by pushing the blue cap (1) on the wheel downwards (See figure 2). • To take the Elexo XXL off the brake, the lip (2) on the wheel must be pushed downwards.

    • The bedpan or bucket is slid in from the back of the chair (See figure 10). • If you are using the Lopital plastic bedpan, you must slide it as far forwards as possible (See figure 11). • If you are using a stainless steel bedpan or bucket, the bedpan can be placed in 2 positions under the seat.

    Make sure that you push the plug into the correct position in the charging point. Only the original charger for the Elexo XXL may be used. If you use another charger, Lopital cannot be held liable for any consequences, such as damage to the electronics.

    Charge batteries in a well-ventilated, dry space. After using the chair, connect it to the charger to maintain the batteries. Charge the chair at least once a week!     Take the client from the chair and make sure the device is not used until it has been repaired. Place the chair in a safe place and indicate that it is out of order.     5. Cleaning and maintenance The Elexo XXL must be cleaned after every use, with water and regular household cleaning agents. Remove excess soap residues. PUR integrated foam components with IMC coating should be rubbed clean and disinfected. Do not use any abrasive or other aggressive cleaning products (e.g.

    This process will preferably be carried out by Lopital or another authorised body. Lopital offers the option of having the chair thoroughly inspected and serviced once a year via Periodic Preventative Maintenance.

    7. Removal of parts All parts that are replaced or removed can be sent back to Lopital BV. You may also offer the parts to the engineer for destruction. We will ensure that all parts are processed in an environmentally-friendly manner.

Avant-propos La chaise de douche et de toilette Elexo XXL réglable électriquement en hauteur est un dispositif permettant d’effectuer de manière responsable et ergonomique les soins et la toilette des personnes à mobilité réduite. Elle assure un confort optimal, tant pour la personne que pour le personnel soignant.

    2. Utilisation 2.1. Mise en service Avant de mettre la chaise Elexo XXL en service, contrôlez si le matériel décrit sur page 50 est complet. Ces composants, s’ils présentent un défaut, peuvent être remplacés par du personnel compétent. Ces composants sont des parties de l’Elexo XXL qui sont en contact physique avec le client.

    1. Einführung 1.1. Einleitung Der höhenverstellbare Dusch- und Toilettenstuhl Elexo XXL ist ein Hilfsmittel für die ergonomisch verantwortungsvolle Pflege und das Waschen von Klienten. Sowohl für den Klienten als auch für den Pfleger bietet die Liege optimalen Komfort. Der Elexo XXL Stuhl kann in Kombination mit einem Behälter oder mit einer Toilette auch als Toilettenstuhl eingesetzt werden.

    2.2. Aktivieren Bevor Sie den Elexo XXL benutzen können, muss dieser aktivert werden, indem ein belie- biger Knopf an der Handbedienung 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt wird (Siehe Abbildung 1). 2.3.     4. Sicherheitsfunktionen 4.1. Notknopf An der linken Vorderseite befindet sich der Not-Stopp-Knopf (Siehe Abbildung 16). Betätigen Sie den Notknopf in einem Notfall, wenn die anhebende oder senkende Bewegung direkt gestoppt werden muss.
