  • Page 14 5-1: Guidance of Disassemble the backrest A: Locate the zipper between the top pillow and backrest. Unzip it to the end and remove the pillow. Unzip it and detach the backrest pad from backrest.

  • Page 17 5-3: Guidance of disassemble the side board. A: Locate the two zipper heads at the bottom of side board. Completely unzip the zipper. Then lift the cover. (As pictured below) B: Locate the two screws which lock the side board. Remove these two screws with Allen key. (As pictured below) 3: Pull the side board up to detach from the base.

(Refer to 5-3: Guidance of disassemble the side board ) B: Locate zipper head of arm massage. Unzip the zipper to the end. (As pictured below) C: Remove the four screws which secure the arm massage.

(As pictured below) F: Remove the screws which lock the control board supportor then take them off. Disconnect the connectors which connect to control board.

(Refer to 5-3: Guidance of disassemble the side board. ) B: Push the shoulder massage to the narrow position then release it. And the shoulder massage will open to the wide position. (As pictured below) C: Locate the four screws which lock the shoulder massage.

(Refer to 5-1: Guidance of disassemble the backrest) B: Take off the shoulder massage unit and the shoulder massage wide adjustor. (Refer to 5-5: Guidance of disassemble the shoulder massage) C: Remove the warranty seal.

(Refer to 5-6: Guidance of disassemble the backrest frame ) B: Use Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws which secure the 3D PCB box onto the backrest frame. (As pictures below) Locate the three screws.

Use Philips screwdriver and long nose pliers to remove the screws and screw nut. Then take off the wire clips. (As pictured below) Locate the three wire clips.

(Refer to 5-6: Guidance of disassemble the backrest frame ) B: Use Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws which secure the 3D PCB box onto the massage mechanism. (As pictured below.) Locate the three screws.
  • Page 27 The wire has been disconnected. Locate the screws E: Use screw driver and long nose pliers remove the screws and screw nuts which secure the rubber stopper onto the backrest frame. Then we can remove the rubber stopper. ( As pictures below show ) Locate the rubber stopper F: Use screw driver remove the four screws which secure the top bar of backrest frame.
  • Page 28 G: Disconnect the motor wire connecter from 3D PCB. Use DC24V power adaptor to drive the rolling motor. Then we can drive the massage mechanism out of the racks. (As pictured below) The red wire of DC adaptor connects to brown wire of the connecter.

Use long nose pliers clamp the 3D PCB support, meanwhile lift the 3D PCB up, then the 3D PCB unlocked. (Refer to 5-6: Guidance of disassemble the backrest frame) B: Use screw driver remove the screws which secure the power amplifier base. (As pictured below) Locate the power amplifier Locate the screws C: Disconnect all the connecters on the power amplifier.

(Refer to 5-6:Guidance of disassemble the backrest frame ) Locate backrest air bags B: Unzip the zipper of backrest air bag to the end. ( As pictures below show ) C: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable tie which secure the air hose.
  • Page 33 D: Unzip the zipper of backrest fabric to the end. Then we can detach the fabric. ( As pictures below show ) The fabric has been detached.
  • Page 34 5-12: Guidance of disassemble the PCB tray. A: Disconnect the power cord first. Locate the main PCB tray at the rear of the chair. Locate the PCB Tray. B: There are 4 cables connect to PCB Tray. Three of them are locked by screw bolts. One is not locked.
  • Page 35 All the four connecters have been removed. D: Use a Phillips to remove four screws which secure the PCB Tray. Detach the PCB tray from the base. Locate the 4pcs screws which secure the PCB tray. The 4pcs screws have been removed. PCB Tray has been detached.
  • Page 36 5-13: Guidance of disassemble PCB, Power PCB & Bluetooth PCB A: Take off the PCB tray. (Refer to 5-12: Guidance of disassemble the PCB tray) B: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove four screws and open the PCB box cover. Locate the four screws.

Power PCB has been detached. F: Remove all the connecters which connected to blue tooth PCB. (As pictured below) G: Use a Phillips to remove three screws which secure blue tooth PCB.

(Refer to 5-12: Guidance of disassemble the PCB tray.) C: Disconnect the wire connecter which connected to inflator pump box. Then disconnect the air hose connecters.
