Disassemble Inflator Pump Box - Ogawa OG8020 Maintenance Service Manual

5-14: Guidance of disassemble Inflator pump box
A: Take off the backrest. (Refer to 5-1: Guidance of disassemble the backrest)
B: Take off the main PCB tray. (Refer to 5-12: Guidance of disassemble the PCB tray.)
C: Disconnect the wire connecter which connected to inflator pump box. Then disconnect the
air hose connecters. (As pictured below)
Locate the wire
connecter.
D: Use Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws which secure the inflator pump box.
Then we can take it off. ( As pictured below)
Locate the two screws that secure the inflator
pump box.
E: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the ten screws which secure the inflator pump cover.
Then open it. (As pictured below)
Locate the air
hose connecters.
All the wire connecter and air hose
connecters have been disconnected.
Inflator pump box has been detached.
