MACHINE COMPONENTS

The Fast Distributing Center Pivot High-Clearance
Suspended Boom Field Sprayer is a 3 point mount
spray boom to distribute chemicals over a wide
area. The system is pressurized by a optional hy-
draulically powered pump that provides fl ow for
tank agitation, tank washing and boom pressure.
A 5 gallon rinse tank is mounted on the side of
the carrier. Optional foam markers are available
and mounts on the carrier frame.
A solenoid to each boom controls the fl ow to
the wings and a butterfl y valve and fl ow sensor
maintains the system pressure. Nozzles along the
wings, distribute the chemical solution over the
fi eld. A screen in the line next to the pump and
after the solenoids removes contaminants from
the system. The chemical system controller is
mounted in the tractor cab for easy operation.
The booms attach to and are suspended from
the back of the frame. The inner booms swing
forward at right angles to the frame for fi eld
operation. The outer booms pivot up and out for
fi eld operation. The wing extensions swings back
if they hit an obstruction.
The boom position controller mounts in the cab
for easy operation.
