41. GAS CHANGEOVER

Only for models
EXTERNO 22 and EXTERNO 26
The appliance may be adjusted so that it maybe used with Liquid Gas (G30-G31) insteadof methane
gas (G20) or vice-versa. The adjustment must be performed by a Qualified Technician using the spe-
cial Kit.
To modify the parameter, proceed as follow:
1. Disconnect the appliance from electric power supply, close gas supply and water supply
2. Remove the 4 screw in the front panel of the appliance, and remove the front cover
3. Unscrew the PCB and its supporting bracket on the gas collector
4. Unscrew and remove the igniter
5. Unscrew the assembling of gas collector versus gas valve and combustion chamber, disconnect
PCB and igniter if they cause any interference
6. Replace the gas collector with another one from the conversion kit, also assemble PCB and igniter
Operate the replacement slowly and make sure not to damage any of the sealing gaskets and
put them in the right positions. It's highly recommended to have them replaced with new ones.
