When the VOR circuit does not sense a sufficient audio
signal, the recorder stops recording and flashes "VOR
Pause" on the LCD Screen. It stops and continues
recording when the author starts dictating again.
MIC SENSITIVITY: allows the microphone sensitivity to be set on High or
Low

OPERATION LED:

RED= recording
RED Flashing = in the Pause mode while in record
Amber Flashing=the recorder is going through an
GREEN= playing back
PAUSE: press while in record to gather your thoughts and in playback to
pause the playback while listening. To continue recording
or playing back just press the pause button again. When
the recorder is in the Pause mode, the word PAUSE
flashes on the LCD screen.
PLAY SPEED Switch: allows the playback of the recording to be played
at the original speed, a slower speed or a faster speed.
PRIORITY: enables the user to mark a dictation in the STOP or
PLAYBACK modes as a Priority Dictation. Adding up to
3 asterisks by pressing the Priority button and holding it
down until the asterisk appears on the LCD screen next to
the dictation number causes the recording to be moved to
the front of the queue so that it is played before dictations
with fewer asterisks or none. 3 asterisks is the highest
priority. To add more than one (1) asterisk, press the
Priority button again.
RECORD/STOP: press to record and press again to stop the recording.
This finishes the recording as one dicatation.
RECORD/PAUSE: press to record and press again to pause and gather
your thoughts. To continue dictating press the button
again.
STOP: stops whatever function the recorder is in at that time.
VOLUME: increases or decreases the playback volume.
