ST / SP / LP: shows the current recording mode the unit is in or the mode the
dictation was in when it was recorded
H/ M / L: indicates the microphone sensitivity setting- High, Medium, Low
Bookmark: shows that a recording has a bookmark
A-B Repeat: shows the function is active
D. RECORDING MODES (ST/SP/LP)
You can select a recording mode from the following:

ST: Stereo recording mode (for ICD-ST series only). Highest quality recording, but
the file size increases reducing the total available recording time.

SP: Standard play mode. You can record a message in better tone quality. The file
size becomes relatively larger than in the LP mode and reduces the total available
recording time..

LP: Long time recording mode for the maximum available recording time.

When you install the Digital Voice Editor for ICD-MS/P/S/BP Series, you can
create compatible file types except for the DVF (LPEC: for ICD-ST series) file.
(You can play back the DVF (LPEC: for ICD-ST series) file.) When you install the
Digital Voice Editor for ICD-MS/ST/S/BP Series, you can create all the file types
number. The 10 is the total number of messages in the
dictation folder.
